Donna Gildea Stutzman
Chief Strategy Officer
Donna Gildea Stutzman brings more than 40 years of experience in the RF and microwave industry, with a career rooted in practical industry knowledge and long-standing relationships. A second-generation RF/microwave professional, Donna was introduced to the field early through her father, Vincent Pirro, Jr., shaping a lifelong connection to the industry.
She specializes in RF and microwave components and related hardware, supporting customers across aerospace, defense, and advanced communications applications with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Based in Virginia, Donna is known for her reliability, technical insight, and commitment to long-term customer partnerships.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her mules, playing the piano, and exploring her passion for sourdough baking and cooking.
Rachel Belmont
President
Rachel Belmont brings 10 years of experience in the RF and microwave industry, representing a third generation in the field. With a strong foundation built through both industry exposure and hands-on experience, Rachel combines a customer-focused approach with long-term relationship building.
Based in Virginia, she works closely with customers supporting aerospace, defense, and advanced communications programs, specializing in RF and microwave component solutions and account support.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her two young sons and staying active through Peloton cycling, running, strength training, and Pilates.
